
Sales Portal UX
Microsoft requested a navigation overhaul for their existing sales desk portal to encourage their sales representatives to take advantage of helpful resources. The biggest goal was to increase White Glove Service request submissions. The existing content was poorly organized, without any clear next steps for sales reps to submit a service request.
I simplified the navigation by using an always-visible tab structure, reorganized the content to make it easier to find, and provided clear CTAs to help sales representatives navigate to the White Glove Service request form. The form itself was also streamlined to prevent user drop-off.
